minimalist wall

You will need to:

  • checkered wire mesh
  • pot rings
  • Inverted «S» hooks
  • Hook screws to hold the tissue
  • Drill
  • To do it, you just have to measure your fabric and place the screw hooks on the wall with the help of the drill, so that you can hang the structure on the wall.

Clever! Now you only have to place the plants of your choice, which are not very heavy.

Tip: You can place a touch of color with colored string tied to the ends of a square, which can also help you see how much your plants grow. Or decorate with paintings or other figures that you can also hang.

    wall of recycled bottles

    You will need to

  • Two liter soda bottles, empty and clean
  • Scissors
  • String or fine wire
  • Metal gaskets (you get them at hardware stores)
  • hook screws
  • Drill
  • Land
  • Cut rectangles along the length of the bottles and make two parallel holes on each side for the thread or wire to pass through. Notice that the bottom holes are slightly larger than the metal gaskets so that you can jam them into the holes and ensure the bottles don’t slip.

Remember to make a small hole in the middle of the bottle so that the plants can throw away the water they do not consume.

Then use your drill to attach the hook screws to the wall, at the height you want your new recycled planters to hang from, and wrap the rope or wire from which they will hang.

Tip: Paint the caps of the bottles so that the mark is not seen and give a touch of color to your green wall.

    Platform-pot rack

These pallets can be purchased new directly from manufacturers, or used in warehouses, markets and supermarkets.

    In addition you will need:

  • Large Hook Screws
  • pot rings
  • Inverted «S» hooks
  • Drill
  • sandpaper
  • Paint

You just need to sand the floorboards you want to put (depending on the width of your wall), and paint the color of your choice. The wooden boards of the platform will serve as fasteners so that you can place the hooks between them and hang the pots with their respective rings.

  • The pallets can be hung on the wall with thick hook screws and hooks. Or you can just recharge them, which gives it a more casual touch.

You can also place, with a drill and screws, a piece of wood behind the platform, so that you can fill it with earth and sow the seeds of the plants that you want to stand out inside. Just take care that they are all plants with the same needs for water and light or shade.

Tip: You could plant a series of lettuces, which would also serve your kitchen and look spectacular.

Do not hesitate to put these tips into practice to make your own green wall and to make your home comforting and sustainable.
