Hard technologies: Technologies applied to agriculture, livestock, carpentry, textile production, metallurgical, and construction, among others.
Soft technologies: Technologies used in the selection, control and supervision of employees. Also the technologies used to manage the expenses and income of a company or carry out public relations with other organizations and institutions.
