2 Cellular network or mobile network: it is a communication network where the last link is wireless. The network is distributed over land areas called cells, each of which has at least one fixed-location transceiver, but more typically three cell stations or base transceiver stations. These base stations provide the cell with network coverage that can be used for voice, data and other transmission. Typically, a cell uses a different set of frequencies from neighboring cells, to avoid interference and provide guaranteed quality of service within each cell.

3 Cellular Frequencies – Cellular frequencies are the sets of frequency ranges within the ultra-high frequency band that have been allocated for cellular-compatible mobile devices, such as cell phones, to connect to cellular networks. Most mobile networks around the world use parts of the radio frequency spectrum, allocated to the mobile service, for the transmission and reception of their signals.
