In general, they are usually called right button and left button.
The mouse can also have a central button or a scroll button, also called a navigation wheel, with a thumb button.
Some special mice have a «double click» button, which, when pressed once, works as if it were a double click; others have buttons on the sides to lower or lower the volume of the sound, sometimes also buttons to advance or go back pages of the open document, etc.
