With a privileged location in the Cuauhtémoc neighborhood of Mexico City, just two blocks from the emblematic Angel of Independence and one of reform, Volga It is a new luxury hotel that has recently opened its doors.
Volga's majesty, whose name comes from the street where it is located, is undeniably linked to the longest river in Europe, a symbol of movement and life, elements that also form the essence of this project operated by Hamak Hotels.

Wonderful contrasts
Inspired by urban reconversion and natural sustainability, this hotel has been designed with the architectural vision and interior design of the team of JSAled by Aisha Ballesteros and Javier Sánchez.
As an authentic contrast study, The building adopts a contemporary and minimalist approach with a brutalist exterior which gives way to an exposed and open central nucleus.
This approach is evident in the main scenario of the proposal created by the renowned office: the central courtyard with its magnificent skylight.

With the rooms arranged around them, as boxes that look towards an urban cenote, each host always has a place to contemplate the social, musical and gastronomic crucible of the hotel.
The centerpiece of this space is an impressive artistic installation of an aerial landscape created by the artist Krauze pearl In lava, stone, brass and travertine. In addition, the design of the stone floor arranged under the great atrium is also the result of its work.
