We are starting a series of interviews with women who have been students of the online formations of a , who have excited us and with which we have grown thanks to their contributions in the participation spaces. We feel that cTo know how they perceive express and integrate their cycles and the energies of the four archetypes Other women is a way of honoring them and to twin us, and it can be very inspiring. Connecting with them not only allows us to understand each other better, but also empowers us.

Alicia Yagüe has been a student of the online course «The four moons in me», and is defined as «a permanent researcher in the trip of discovery of life.» He is about to turn 50, entering menopause. This is how he feels his cycles and archetypes in it.

Alicia, at what time and how do you feel that you started connecting with the consciousness of your cyclicity?

I have always felt that it was cyclical, for so many changes it had. I thought there was something wrong with me. I have been very aware of the premenstrual stage, which I have always lived very badly and has caused many resistance and rejection of my menstruation. I have also perceived fresh energy and direction after each rule, but I did not consciously connect with my cyclicity until three or four years ago.

When you think of the archetypes of the maiden, the mother, the shaman and the old woman, what would you say that it is the most dominant in you at this time of your life and why?

At this moment of my life the maiden predominates … that he leaves my hands, because he never stops, does and does, starts and pulls the car. But since last January I feel and I identify a lot with the shaman, because it transmutes and transforms my shadows, using my own tools and very connected, finally, to my intuition.

What archetype do you feel less presence in your life and how do you notice its absence?

I am incorporated into the mother, especially when taking care of me, because out I usually do it. The old woman has less presence. I know what silence is and the connection with my interior … but I don’t let it out.

Is there anything that has changed in you upon knowing and recognizing your cyclicity and connecting with archetypes?

Since I started the online course «The four moons in me» changed the perception I had of myself. This conscience has led me to a loving recognition of the four women in me, and to give each one their deserved space.

What has the four moons in me «?

There is a before and after, my expression lights up just mentioning it, because it has been like bringing and collecting all the pieces of me scattered around, that prevented me from understanding me. So it has been above all an act of love and own recognition as a woman, of the fact of being a woman and of being part of this great community of women where I think I have a lot to contribute.

Have you integrated any tool or proposal to invoke or enhance the energy of the maiden, the mother, the shaman and the old woman in you?

The rituals, the meditations and visualizations, the works … in reality all the proposals have served me to connect with them, but what places me is the ritual of the moon and sit in silence to feel and let each archetype manifest.

What would you say to someone skeptical about cyclicity in our lives, the phases through which we are going through and the vision that connects it to archetypes?

I would tell you that we are part of the earth, that everything is connected, that life is change and that you only have to see the stations, the moon, the elements, the stages of life … and that the more you know yourself, the more you can love yourself, and the more you love yourself, the more you can give … and to that we come: to serve. So connect to life, connect to your cyclicity, woman, be with all your potential and love.
