What has been your path as a facilitator and at what time are you now?

I started to energize and accompany groups of people from a young age. As a swimming monitor, social cheerleader with children, elderly, young people … also as an educator in centers, clinics, in prison …

I have always liked diversity, knowing and letting me guide for my intuition and my desire. I have always worked from passion, from a very internal and deep place that connects me to me Be and from where it flows, naturally and spontaneously, accompany the other. Authenticity and presence.

I feel that my internal facilitator has always been alive in me, accompanying me. And that is growing and learning with the different experiences and experiences, cycle after cycle.

Tell us something about your motivation. When and how did you feel the call to facilitate girls and boys?

After giving my second daughter, 8 years old, I noticed that my way changed direction. My eldest daughter, Nara, entered the preteen while I met again with my inner maiden. Then Sophia’s workshop arrived to welcome menstruation. » That day I realized that on the day of my first menstruation, in a summer colonies camp, in a natural and spontaneous way we create a circle of maids in my room … I gave value to this moment and this innate capacity of women to gather and feel ourselves A. An impulse moved me to want to accompany girls in their menarche and at the same time look, attend and hug my teenager. It was the treasure I took from that workshop.

How was the proposal born?

The proposal was born without any hurry, in September 2015, with a circle with 2 or 3 maidens. I had the absolute confidence that this was my place and that little by little, each at their rhythm, the maidens would approach.

The following year a circle of 10 maidens was formed … and shortly after the children arrived, with great enthusiasm and desire … This September we started with 6 groups, one of them with smaller maidens, from 4 to 5 years, which has been filled in a week. The seed germinated and is flourishing and expanding.

The proposals are not born from my mind with expectations, objectives, purposes … They are born and flow from a very deep and simple place. Listening from the innermost beat the real demands of them and them, and what is moving.

What do you do so that your proposals arrive and these circles of girls and boys are formed?

It spreads with mouth to mouth. Girls and boys arrive when their families are prepared to take the step. The groups are forming naturally and magical at the same time, they flow and every year they change. With the energies of girls and boys, with their most conscious and more unconscious needs, dance and arise. That’s how it is.

How are the experiences of the participants in these circles?

The experiences in the circles are beautiful, full of light, and this nourishes us all. It is a created space and care from respect and from authenticity. We feel at home, girls and boys feel a real permission to shine and be. From this state we share, we feel the cyclicity of life within us. In each meeting we are accompanied by the forest, art, also the movement …

They openly share their sexuality and celebrate the life they are! So simple.

What are you doing to create a climate of trust and openness between people of so little age?

From your experience, what are the main differences between what happens in a circle of women and in a circle of girls and/or boys?

They share their inner wisdom in the circles, without being aware of her. And little by little they feel permission … and they are, and shine, and celebrate … in the circles it happens. But what happens most are the laughs. We laugh so much!

With 6 years they are already charged with cultural and social and family conditions that move them away from their spontaneity and that make it difficult to live sexuality naturally. They come with judgments, prejudices, taboos, fashions, trends, social pressures … and at the same time they become aware of it, especially when they open to share it in a circle. Seeing this transformation from them, among them it is something magical and very exciting.

When we talk about sexuality, we talk about life and death. Surrounded by forest and nature in the encounters, life constantly reminds us that it is cyclical … we honor the moment that our body speaks to us and reminds us that our fertility is awakening. We honor the day of the first menstruation and the first ejaculation as an important rite. Each one and each one decides freely as they want to live it. In the circles we hug everything.

What types of changes or transformations do you observe in these boys and girls who participate in your proposals?

Their self -knowledge grows … They give permission to explore, investigate, enjoy … ask the questions they need at all times … they naturally share the situations where they do not feel respectand when discomforts are generated, they know how to manage them to transform them.

They become more aware of their body and emotions.

They know and recognize that power is inside.

Celebrating sexuality with a conscious and loving look changes the world.

Why is it important to encourage the creation of this type of spaces for young children?

They have often expressed that they do not have real freedom spaces where they can express what they feel and what happens to them… how their changes in puberty live, how their emotions live … They want to talk about their fears, they want to be informed with respect and authenticity, they don’t want lies, manipulations Nor prohibitions …

The dominant system constantly invites us to mislead us, to confuse, to move away to look outside of us. In circles the invitation is to return home, inside … and they know

After four years accompanying these spaces, I clearly feel that they are pure gold.

These circles suppose a loving revolution that unites the masculine and the feminine remembering that the two energies are part of the life we ​​are, different but with the same value.

Why are there no mixed groups?

I feel that when they are prepared, when the groups feel mature, the form of mixed meetings will be created. We are walking towards this union. But I am not going to decide, it will be given at the perfect moment.

If you had to highlight any of the gifts or skills that seem essential to facilitate groups with girls and boys, which one would you choose and why?

Look inside us with courage and compassion. Check our way without judgment. Being able to observe our relationship with sexuality and hug and then release all the ancestral memoirs of pain that we load and separate us from ourselves and others.

Without this look inside, without contact with our body, accompaniment to girls and boys is not true, it remains in the spheres of the mind, of ideas, of expectations, it is a showcase that nourishes the system …

It was inspiration, the beginning to accompany girls and young people in the rite of the first menstruation. These are times of limitations for face-to-face meetings … What impact has had on your work as a facilitator and the groups that were already formed by the situation caused by COVID-19?

We had to stop the circles. We continue online only with the circle of the older ones, because they asked. Keep being medicine for all.
