Judith Talavera (also known as Judy Orion), has a degree in Art History, poet, artist and flight hostess by profession. Her love for arts, culture and spirituality, and the Women Medicine course, which she made during the confinement in April 2020, led her to create her artistic project, which she calls «cosmoalquímico microvideoclips», in which he recites his own poems with musical bases using scenery, theatricalization and channeling to remove consciences.
Judy, what is a woman medicine for you?
The one that lives in balance connected to his being, his cycles, to the earth and the universe. It’s shaman. He works holistically for her and humanity. Honor the universal sacred and recognize and integrate female and male polarities. His matrix, his lineage and his shadows are known and works. Transmuta energy, is alchemical and recognizes archetypes and uses them. He works from and for the light and with his related circle. It is loving and compassionate, it is guide and awakens consciences. It is healer and it is medicine for the world!
Why do you feel it is important that at this time we connect with the archetype of women medicine?
To heal and heal our lineages, the world and the inherited wound. This archetype empowers us and recognizes our healing and ancestral power and our gifts. It is a natural way of being and living. Recognizing and working it individually and collectively means healing the world and changing consciousness by moving to a new era more connecting with the earth and the universe.
What helps you connect with women medicine inside you?
Live according to my cycles, those of the Earth and those of the Universe. Make rituals, connect to the moon cycle, meditate, dance, sing, listen to healing music, numerology, work with minerals and with angels, archangels and sacred codes, nature, pray, visualizations, plant, take care of and take care of humanity and, ultimately, live connected from being and work with the light.
Tell us a little about your experience with the four elements, and on the one that resonates in you at this time. What does it represent for you and how do you relate to him?
I connected with the four adolescent elements with Druidism and Wicca, but I did not consciously integrated them until later, thanks to spirituality and now to this course. The Earth roots me, the water helps me to flow and connect, the air elevates me, frees and gives lightness and the fire gives me strength and purifies me. The one that resonates me the most is water, connects to my planet Neptune, with the cosmos, with the ocean and with the whale. When I need it, I give myself a mystical or swimming bath in the sea or in the river. And I drink many, many infusions!
Is there any power animal with which you feel specially connected at this time? Because?
The whale. It is a very old animal and connected to the cosmos and other planetary entities. Their sounds raise you and help travel. Whales have a lot of wisdom and ancestral messages. They live in my element Pisceano, water, and give me calm, wisdom, patience, strength and self -confidence. They are wise and powerful beings.
What led you to sign up for the “Women Medicine: A trip to your center”?
Fate and confinement. I took the Covid-19, I was in Erte (Temporary Employment Regulation File) and stopped the crazy wheel of the system … everything aligned to do it at the perfect time. Locked in the room with the virus I went to the course through a Newsletter from Sophia. It resonated so much …! I signed up right away.
What has this course be for you? What has contributed to you?
It has meant a change of course in my life, especially at a practical and perspective level. It has been a reconnection with my being and the whole. I woke up my witch, discovered my talents, potential and mission and started my artistic project. He has given me wisdom, a lot of practice, connection, trust, rooting, peace, creativity, vitality and a lot of inspiration, accompaniment and love. Is there any practice or proposal of the course that you have integrated into your day to day to invoke or enhance women medicine in you?
Many! I make altars and rituals according to my cycle and the moon weekly, I integrate the archetypes, dance with the music of the course, drawing, model with mud, I take elements of the forest to make rituals, I read on shamanism, I make visualizations, bathtubs with oils and salts etc. And I work and connect consciously with my uterus and my lineage and also began to make the fabulous lunar diagrams.
How do you feel called to share your wisdom with the world?
I feel that my path of sharing and offering is through art and poetry, in a heterogeneous compendium based on writing, music and visual. All this creation under the opinion of love, awakening, new consciousness and light. And showing our shadows to resonate and transmute. Now I believe in me and I trust my path called to remove consciences as a light and holistic artist for the new era. I have integrated the archetype of women medicine!

Yes, thanks. I wanted to say that we are all one, that we are not sun, that loving us, sharing and weaving networks we will heal the world and each one following the dictation of his heart and destiny will change everything.
