Here are the characteristics of each one:

Standard shipping (for Spain and international shipments): Your order will travel through a certified email shipment. You will have a follow -up number that will allow you to know at all times where your order is. For shipments to Spain, it usually takes between 3-5 working days to arrive. To Europe 7-9 days. To another continent, between 15-21 days. If possible, they will leave your order in your mailbox, and if not, they will deliver it to you. In this second case, if at the time of delivery you are not at home, they will leave you a notification to collect it in your post office.

Express shipping (only for Spain): Your order will travel through a messaging company. You will have a follow -up number that will allow you to know at all times where your order is. You will receive your order in the address you choose, normally within a period of between 24 and 48 hours. This shipping mode is exclusively for Spain.

Reduced shipping (only for Spain): Your order will travel as an ordinary email. It will normally take 3 to 5 working days to reach your mailbox. There will be no follow -up number. If possible, they will leave it to you in your mailbox, and if not, they will deliver it to you. In this case, if at the time of delivery you are not at home, they will leave you a notification (although sometimes they do not) to collect it in your nearest post office. If you see that in a week you have not yet received the order, contact your post office. Although it is the most economical form of shipping, it is also the one with the least guarantees.
