Quiet House: The showroom that merges contemporary design and artisanal techniques

Founded in 2008, this site was born with the intention of exhibiting its brands: Capital Studio (dispatch specialized in interior design and remodeling), Daily (furniture workshop) and Mineral house (Mexican marble artisanal accessories). In December 2019, it opened the new space located in Campos Elyseos, in Mexico City, inside a style building Art Deco of the twentieth century. This can perceive the aura of stillness and refuge in areas that become everyday sanctuaries, which contrast with the bustling context of the city.

Casa Casa exhibits the brands Capital Studio, everyday and Mineral Casa.

In it ShowroomMaritza and Daniel rescued the original elements of the building, such as the wood and lattices, and contrasted them with contemporary pieces made in Mexico, primarily by hand and with artisanal processes. All furniture is of its own design and is complemented with accessories that combine with the aesthetics of Still house. Lighting brands such as Natural Urban and Bandit ; ceramics of Encrudo, Finiiri, Zamaa and Earth promises ; art of Raúl de la Cerda and Diego Hernández Beauroyre ; and other Mexican firms that share their decorative philosophy, decorate the new space.

«Both our pieces and those we select to complement the Showroom They fulfill this combination of being Contemporary design And, at the same time, be handmade. With Mineral house We realized that there are families of artisans who have preserved their techniques for generations, and we were interested in combining our design with their trade, ”commented the designers.

Maritza and Daniel, two young promise designers, bet on a Mexican design that speaks of the beauty of natural materials, the merger between the artisanal and the contemporary and that declares a new definition of luxury, as essential and minimalist as serene and timeless.
