Architecture and design
With a particular geometry, the design of HELE TORREA consists of 33 elevated levels of staggered, which house 92 luxury housing complexes and a penthousein addition to various amenities.
Each plant has three rectangular departments arranged as a propellerwhich rotates 15 degrees contrary to the clock hands at each level until reaching 142.5 meters high.
