and women’s hearts
They are the same. Both beat
to the ancestral rhythm of an ancient song.

Mountains and women
They are made with the strength of the rocks.
Mountains and women
They are the home of the spirits of the earth.
Mountains and women
They are creations surrounded by beauty.
Mountains and women
They embrace the mystery of life.

Mountains give women patience.
Women fully give the mountains.
Let’s celebrate each mountain, every woman.
Let’s sing to the mountains and women.
Let’s dance for them in our dreams.

The spirit of the mountains and women
Will give value to our children
Long after we have gone
