ALEPH LASE Residents

Located on Petrona Eyle Street in Buenos Aires, Aleph Residences Safe was he First project of the study Norman Foster In Latin America Inaugurated in 2012, as part of the projection of Argentine businessman Alan Faena in the well -known Puerto Madero neighborhood.

Despite the minimalism that characterizes Norman Foster projects, this building retains the height of the buildings in the area, since it only has 9 floors. However, this was the basis for creating one of the most exclusive areas of the city: THE ART DISTRICT FAENA.

Design

Referring to the docks of the Río de la Plata, The materials used in this project are bright and warmwith limestone soils and a palette of organic colors. In addition, this building has the concept High Techsince light and heat can be regulated by means of mobile screens.

Inside, the apartments have vaulted ceilings and double -height spaces, in addition to sliding windows, which allows The passage of light and natural ventilation. Likewise, the balconies produce shadows that vary throughout the day, to ensure the privacy of the inhabitants.
