Nice artistic project of a witch for children

This ridiculously easy lunar witch art is fun to do with children, witchs or simply because.

Even if you have never touched a brush, I promise you that this is feasible.

With a few basic supplies of its local crafts or the tree dollar, you will have everything you need to create a charming and rustic piece of original witch art.

Nice project for a teenage witch or an adult looking for a relaxing activity for the afternoon.

Paint

Okay, I’m not a painter. (As if it were not obvious for the photo).

That is why I have decided to write this post. Because if I don’t feel intimidated or ashamed to show people my canvas, which is not worthy of Louvre, you don’t have to feel it either.

For me, the important thing is to paint; The final product is an extra. If I put the leg, it doesn’t matter too much. I can always cover it with fabric or turn it into something else.

But nothing gives me that cold blue calm and Zen how to paint alone in a quiet room.

Painting relieves tense nerves, relaxes the mind and gives energy with the uniquely satisfactory experience of creating something beautiful with your hands.

I recently discovered the painting and I consider it an extension of my meditation practice.

When I paint, I try to stay at the moment and «flow» with the paint.

I encourage you to try this method. It feels incredible.

Put yoga or meditation music, prepare a cup of tea or turn on candles to create a quiet and reflective atmosphere.

Variations and tips

-First of all, No Do not press to create something spectacular. If you have a polished artistic sense, go ahead. But you can also just explore, create and experience the pleasure of doing something for the mere fact of doing so.

-He had many slightly different things, but I took the basic idea to make some lunar witch art of this YouTube video. Check it if you have difficulties. (But probably not. Again, this is super easy).

-This project is easy to expand or reduce in size. Do it little for an altar of shelf, or extra large for an epic wall canvas.

-Aquí works any combination of complementary colors. Try two tones of cold blue. Orange and red also look good.

-I only used 4 tones of paint in total: white, black and the two purple tones that were left over from the children. Artisanal lavender painting a couple of months ago. But you can fix them only with white, black and a color if you mix the black with the color to create some shading variation.

Make it magical

If you please, consider the possibility of using this project as a basis for the elaboration of spells or as a talisman.

Try it:

-Ok symbols in the image that have meaning for you.

-Stead the reverse of the canvas with oil or register symbols in it.

-So moon water to dilute the paint.

-Colocate it on the altar to honor the lunar cycle.

-Myz of precious stones in the paint (which also gives a great texture!)

-E Wax greases of a spell candle on the back of the canvas, or on the finished canvas to give texture and give it the energy of your current spell objectives.

-Draw a specific goddess with whom you usually work and use it to honor it in your sacred space.

-Well the wet paint with spell dust.

-Pasing it through the smoke of some loose incense mixed specifically for the objective of your spell.

-Dear it in the light of the full moon to load it and give it heavenly energy.

-Myze in paint dry and crushed herbs with magical properties on which you want to focus.

Things you will need

-He Black Pitura

-A or two paintings in complementary colors of your choice

-An natural sponge or wet paper towel

-Lienzo (any size)

-Cartulin or very light cardboard

-PINCEL wide and flat

optional: fine tip brush (to clean the edges)

First step

Cut out a fine cardboard circle or resistant cardboard. The thickness of the pattern’s material is important. If it is too fine, the lines will not be clean. If it is too thick (like a thick cardboard), the edges will be rough.

I used a light card and worked perfectly.

Step 2

Place the circle on the canvas slightly above the central line.

Apply thick two -color paint points, with the lighter color at the bottom and the darkest in the upper one.

Step 3

Firmly hold the circle with the non -dominant hand. With a natural sponge or a slightly moistened paper towel, it gives small touches to the paint to blur it. Do not have brushstrokes. Just give small touches, mixing carefully where the colors come together.

Step 4

Eliminate the circle. Add random color strokes on the moon to give you some texture. Blur out. Optionally, you can use a fine tip brush to clean the edges of the moon with white paint.

Step 5

Place the circle trimmed on the moon.

Moisten the wide and plane brush and task it in white paint. Hold the brush with the non -dominant hand and gently pass the dominant hand index finger through the tips of the bristles, «shaking» the star -shaped paint on the canvas.

(Professional Council: Practice in a piece of dark draft paper to get an idea).

Step 5

Using the plant paper, draw and cut the shape of a goddess.

You can do it at hand. Don’t be too obsessive. An approximate form is sufficient. Personally, I like it to seem a bit crooked and primitive.

With the non -dominant hand, it firmly presses the cut at the base of the painting. With the paper towel, apply black paint in the cut, as if it were a template.

Step 6

Remove the template.

Wet the wide and flat brush in black paint. Pass it for a piece of paper until most of the paint disappears. Next, with very light and downstream, paint grass at the base of the painting.

And … that’s it! Do you see it? I told you it was easy.
