Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon matcha powder.
  • 100 milliliters of milk (skimmed or a vegetable drink is better).
  • 2 teaspoons of agar agar.
  • 500 milliliters of coconut cream.
  • 75 grams of whole sugar.

How to prepare matcha tea flan?

  1. First, put the tea powder in a medium bowl and mix it with the 2 tablespoons of milk.
  2. Next, stir the two ingredients until they are completely dissolved.
  3. Mix the remaining milk with the agar agar and add the two mixtures.
  4. Place the story in a saucepan with water and put it on the fire to heat it in a bain-marie until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.
  5. When the mixture is ready, remove from heat and let cool.
  6. Mix the cream with the sugar in a pot and bring to a boil.
  7. Remove from heat and let it cool.
  8. Pour into individual flan molds.
  9. Finally, place them in the refrigerator and let them rest for about 4 hours.
  10. After that time, you can unmold.
