Normally, the departments of the Haussmannian buildings give to a patio, so they can be dark and dreary. This, thanks to its unique construction, took to the street and the light entered in abundance. The previous owners had rented the property for years and had not invested in their maintenance. Litera knew that I would have to empty the interiors and start from scratch, but saw the challenge as an opportunity to create what would later become a Happy family homeand also on your business card.

When you enter the building and go to the department of the fourth floor, all the details that one would expect from a Haussmanian building appear: exaggerated sockets, ornate and intricate cornices rosettes on the roof. But as soon as the threshold of the department of Litera crosses, one is transported to a place far from Paris. Of course, the architect has preserved the main thanks to the architecture of the time, but there is a sense of refinement and moderation that is the quintessence of the Italian spirit.
