The burning ritual of white sage (or Smudging) It is a practice that with Gemma Polo has been incorporating in the beginning of our retreats for the time of arrival and entrance to the circle.

We are deeply grateful to this tradition that comes from the native-American cultures, and that helps us gradually enter another frequency and prepare for an internal and transformative trip.

As a result of our connection with this sacred plant, we have created this invocation to accompany the burning ritual of sage, or “sahumar”. We invite you to incorporate it into your circles and read it aloud, before or while people receive smoke around their body.
