The lucid dream is simply dreaming being conscious. This allows you to take an active part in your dream, make decisions, create dream scenarios and even determine the direction of your dream.

1. Bring a dream diary

2. Carry out conscientious controls

Create the habit of reviewing your consciousness several times a day depending on the triggers that can occur in a dream or in the world of vigil.
