Ingredients

  • 300 g minced chicken or beef
  • Dumplings wafers
  • 1 small goat cheese roll
  • Caramelized onion
  • Gaucho sauce
  • 1 egg
  • sesame seeds
  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • Pepper
  • Salt

Preparation method

As we told you at the beginning, you can use the meat you prefer. If you use chicken, there is no problem that it will be somewhat dry because the gaucha sauce with which it is mixed, the onion and the cheese will prevent this. Take the test!

  1. Mix the minced meat with 2 or 3 tablespoons of gaucha sauce. Take portions of meat and shape them into small burgers. Heat a lightly greased frying pan and brown them on all sides. Remove and reserve.
  2. Preheat the oven to 190ºC. Arrange a hamburger on a patty wafer. Place a slice of goat cheese and a little caramelized onion on top.
  3. Cover with another empanadilla wafer and close well by making folds of the bottom wafer over the edges of the top wafer.
  4. Brush with beaten egg, sprinkle with sesame seeds and bake for approximately 20 minutes. And that’s it!
