Gargoyles are very fierce and sinister-looking magical monsters.
These flying creatures have bat wings, incandescent eyes, small horns and very tough skin covered with a layer of mineral that allows them to go unnoticed on the facades of buildings. In fact, they are often confused with part of the ornamentation of cathedrals, towers and cemeteries.
Originally, gargoyles were drainpipes carved in the shapes of animals brought to life by a magician. Being artificially created they don’t need to eat or drink, so when they attack they do it for the simple fact of doing damage.
They live in any underground area, where they accumulate the treasures of their victims, so it is common to find them among ruins or caverns. However, when they want to hunt, they usually perch on rooftops to have a better view of what is happening.

They can attack by surprise; they remain motionless, like statues, until their victim is close enough. They then carry out a surprise attack to baffle the enemy. Another way to attack is by diving; This form is used when they are on the move and it is too late for the surprise attack.
There are two subspecies of gargoyles:
Kapoacinth
It is a sea gargoyle that lives in underwater caves. Their main enemies are sea elves, mermaids…
margola
They are truly ugly gargoyles, with skin very similar to stone, in fact, it is quite difficult to distinguish them from other rocks. They have very powerful claws that they use in their attacks.
