Sol Preusse, the mind behind Franca Restaurant
“I come from a totally different world, that of finance. I worked in the square where the restaurant is located today and in fact, Franca restaurant is part of the thesis of my final studies project”Sol said.
While studying, I did not find a place to eat healthy and a good price, nor a good specialty coffee, since he is a fan of the drink. “There were two extremes around the area: o Restaurants where to eat very well, but pay a high price; or fast food stores and nothing healthy, ”explains Sol.
“When doing the thesis of Franca restaurant I investigated the market a lot. And I got all angles in everything. I involved from the financial part, the donation part, the food itself, the packaging and more. So it had all the meaning of the world to put it into practice. And of course, one of the main themes was to get the money needed to do so and thanks to the help of many people I succeeded. So, Franca restaurant went from paper to be a reality”, Says Sol.
