- Arrange the raisins and dried cranberries in a bowl and cover with hot water. Let them rest for a few minutes. Meanwhile, chop the oats in the blender until you get a fine flour. Also cut the apples into cubes.
- Blend the apple cubes with 80 grams of water until you obtain a puree to your liking. Transfer it to a bowl and mix it with the oat flour using a spatula.
- Peel the banana, mash the pulp on a plate with the help of a fork and also add to the bowl. Mix with the rest of the ingredients and add 3 eggs, the level tablespoon of baking powder, the teaspoon of ground cinnamon and a pinch of salt.
- Add the natural Greek yogurt and mix well. Drain the raisins and cranberries, dry with kitchen paper and mix with the previous dough.
- Preheat the oven to 180ºC. Line the base of a mold or oven-safe dish with parchment paper and pour on top. Smooth the surface and spread the nuts lightly chopped with the knife on top.
- Spread 2 tablespoons of honey on top and cook in the oven for 35 to 40 minutes. Take the brownie out of the oven, let it cool a little and unmold it to finish cooling. Cut into slices and optionally serve with a little natural yogurt to give greater creaminess.
