From prehistory, the first humans hung around the neck or tied to dolls different stones, leaves or animal elements as symbols of strength and protection. In the Egyptian culture different amulets and talismans were adopted that also provided them with security and luck. Many of these were found in the tombs, as protection symbols for the dead. Each civilization consecrated its own talismans, and the most emblematic of each of them are still used today by their powers and magic.
