For Arguiñano, «it is important to eat well, have a light dinner and go to rest early, but until ten at night I am on the move.» Although he doesn’t do sports, walk a lot: «If you walk two hours a day, one in the morning and one in the afternoon, you’ll see, you’ll lose weight for sure,» he points out to the aforementioned medium.

As he comments, he often goes to the family restaurant on the beach in Zarautz and has a coffee with his children. «We discuss the plays of the day and then I’m going to record myself. My life is happy, routine and fun.»
