Ingredients

  • 200 g of natural high protein yogurt
  • 100 g peeled apple
  • 60 g grated coconut
  • 2 eggs

Preparation method

Cristina uses a 15 centimeter mold but you can use the one you have closest to hand, it can even be rectangular or square.
