The red thread ritual, as you can see in these bracelets of the image, symbolizes the red thread of menstrual blood that directly unites us to all the women of our maternal lineage: to our mother, grandmother, great -grandmother, great -grandmother … and far in time, to the great mother …

Every time I share this ritual in a circle of women, it is a healer, we always join and reply in relation to our female lineage, it allows us to reconnect with a female ancestral wisdom that we all carry in the core of our bones.

There was a deeply transformative moment for me: when I could feel that there were women in my own family, perhaps thousands of years ago, which were celebrated in their first menstruation, for being a woman, for being cyclical, for knowing about the mysteries of life and death …

It is an honor for me to guide this simple and deep ritual every summer in our red store and also show how to facilitate it with a video in our formation «The path of the facilitator.»
