Light the upper part of herbs with a match or a lighter. Shake gently to turn off the flame.

Move the bunch gently in the air so that the smoke expands precisely in the corners of the house you want to purify.

Turn off the coals by placing the bunch in the bowl when you have finished «cleaning.»

I have to admit that it is not so easy to find high quality sage at an affordable price, so I usually trust incense wands to clean my space without spending all my money!

Many stores in my city do not sell sage, so I had to buy it online, pay shipping costs, taxes and all those annoying things.

I turn on the stick and spread the smoke throughout my space, spending more time where I think I needed a little more affection.

I visualize the bad energies, imagining that they are in the form of black cloud and that they are remote by the white smoke of my sage incense rod.
