With the Mexico City In the background, this 620 -square -meter residence was raised as a space where modern silhouettes and materials expressed an elegant aura. The limited space and construction rules imposed a challenge for architectural office ZD+A, So the creatives opted for a design as a puzzle, which adapts to the needs of its inhabitants. As a result, housing maintains a constant dialogue between the interior and the outside, which allows ventilated spaces that stand out for an impact lighting.

The decoration is very modern and creates a balance between the outside and interior.

The heart of the residence is the central courtyard, from where the basement of service, shared areas and bedrooms are distributed. To connect the different rooms, the Mexican firm relied on Studioroca, who reflected the structural peculiarities in the decorative concept by taking care of the selection of materials. Elements such as marble and wood raise every corner of the residence with a flash of sophistication. All details allow a balance in the design, which allows connecting the different pieces that integrate the house. To finish the city's view, it offers panoramic paintings, which adorn this modern home.
