A great finding has marked not only the history of art, but the story itself, with the finding of Never view photographs of two characters who played an important role in the History of Mexico: The emperor Maximiliano de Habsburg and his wife Carlota.
The couple ruled from 1864 to 1867 in Mexico, just before Benito Juárez became president. When they arrived in Mexico They found strong resistance to the presence of their troops. After three years of constant struggles with the Mexican people, the emperor was captured and subsequently executed.
His story was known throughout the world, but ultimately, there are passages of his life that we still do not know and it is because his life passed between Europe and America. Therefore, Just an unpublished photographs book that will be auctioned soon.

The valuable album was found by Morton's representative auctions in Paris, there are no exact dates from When he was in the city of lighthowever, there is the possibility that it is part of a Mexican collection that belonged to an aristocrat, or some close relative of the emperors. However, the most successful theory is that it was owned by François Aubert, a photographer who is awarded the portraits and who followed the emperor from Austria to Mexico.
This album counts Individual portraits of Carlota and Maximiliano of the authorship of François Aubert, and has inside images of other national characters making trades of the time. In total they are 46 photographs that make up the album.
