Flanked by two mountainous chains, the complex planned the installation of a microclimate which would allow residents to take full advantage of outdoor spaces. Integrated to a sustainability project, orientation and location would also make natural ventilation to the fullest.

The building design refers to Mexican traditions and architecture. Thanks to the solar orientation, each department has a balcony that provides exterior space ideal for protecting from the weather and ensures privacy.
