In the same years (the preamble of The seventies And what we know today as the Retro style), Grupppo 9999 designed in Florence the Space Electronic, Ugo La Pietra invented the Bang Bang, a disco made Boutiqueand in Forte Dei Marmi the UFO Group designed the Bamba Issa, inspired by the Mickey Mouse comic of 1951 Donald duck and magic sand watch. In the 80s, the public went crazy for Afro's rhythms, while pop lived a moment of glory thanks to Madonna's success.
They were the years of the high waist jeans, the backward hairstyle, the gomina in the hair, and the standard camperos. But it was in the 90s when the discos experienced an explosion of popularity, becoming authentic temples of freedom and fun. Places like Ministry of Sound in London and Pacha in Ibiza began to dominate the scene, offering a mixture of electronic music, Innovative design and spectacular audiovisual productions. The music was for everyone, in fact, and perhaps someone remembers it, some places used to also open in the afternoon, which allowed young people to dance and have fun in a safe environment. Extravagant and unconventional, within these boxes created for fun, collective rituals without limits were celebrated, such as After Hours (parties that began after closing the clubs and lasted until the next morning), parties Midnight-Midday (events that took place in the middle of the night and lasted until noon the next day) and events that last until 24 hours.

Luminous facilities, bright colors and daring shapes transport us, during the last week of design, to the golden years of disc music and Retro style. And that is not all, since even Busnelli dedicated his latest collection to the world of rock, Marc Sadler, Matteo Nunziati, Fabio Novembre and Elena Salmistraro took music to the home and beyond through high loyalty systems. Dred & Aurel were also inspired by the great Brian Eno, whose artistic genius was not limited to the music scene, but played with the light and color with his famous Light Boxes. But it is on all of the lighting of the main protagonist of this return, from the light lyrics signed by Big for Artemide to the light and sound light installation, through Vesoi's tribute to Dan Flavin, the American artist of the American artist minimalismmusic starts again. So, between historical quotes and novelties, let's all start and the music begins!
