A home, three little houses
The cloud house is organized on a land of 1,000 square meters But something that distinguishes it from any other is that the project in general It is divided into three zones, or houses. Each house has a different structure with one, two and three floors and each one is planned for its certain rooms. The first house houses the room and a small bath, so it is the place Perfect to receive visits and have meetings. In the second house is the kitchen, dining room and terrace on the first floor and the study and library in the second, so it is a social but more intimate space. Finally the third little house is where you can find the main room with bathroom and closet on the first floor, a second room and two bathrooms in addition to a video room on the second floor and an incredible terrace with a viewpoint and washing room on the third floor, turning this little house into a completely personal and intimate space.
These houses serve to divide the spaces into an open concept and are linked by two corridors between each one. In addition, an open concrete ladder is between the two and three floors houses and is covered with a mosquito net canopy. Among the houses is created an open and loose patio space that looks to the valley below and This central courtyard descends to a garden that surrounds the house and towards a black tile pool that defines the edge of the medium terrace creating a sensation where interior and exterior spaces flow without a certain limit.
In addition, the loose organization of the house allows constant cross ventilation that, combined with the massive adobe walls, maintains a fresh interior temperature throughout the year and The decision to create three small -scale houses is to allow the independent movement of each during the seismic activity taking into account the high seismic movement of the Oaxaca area.
