Between the outside and the interior, Casa UC is a sensory delight

In total, the house has four rooms in addition to public spaces. External areas such as terrace and garden also have a very important role in this project that favors the connection between and outside at every moment. A large ramp joins the room to the garden where a feeling of peace emerges.

Natural light is invited softly in the interior spaces that stand out for its almost monochromatic palette.

The color and material palette is restricted, brute and warm at the same time. Create visual harmony in each corner and reinforces the coherence between all the spaces bathed in natural light. For Daniela Bucio sistosit was important to give life to micro-entities in the house that was designed to travel it in such a way that a sensory interaction between architecture and user.

The house is organized in a single plant and extends on an area of ​​550 square meters.

In this almost monochromatic atmosphere but with many textures, volumes with slope masonry walls allow to alternate the gaps and full. Here everything was thought to favor contemplation.
