In it Infonavit Housing Research and Experimentation Laboratory A house designed by the Architects Paloma Vera and Juan Carlos Cano. With an area of 56 square meters, it houses a stay-dining room, a kitchen, a bathroom and a bedroom, sheltered by exposed septum walls, polished concrete floor and an inclined roof.
The prototype house allows growth, depending on family needs. Likewise, the selected materials are very flexible, which causes extensions to be carried out in a simple and autonomous way.
The intention of This house is complemented with the furniture collection 1conceived by Héctor Esrawewhich is built from basic geometries of robust expression, which spatially define the house. The Two collections of Esrawe Studio will live in the housing prototypes of the 32 architects and, eventually, they will be integrated into future residences, which will be replicated throughout the country.

In each of his works, Frida Escobedo proposes a full architecture in speech, which explores from the cell to the urban context, always prioritizing the social parameters – such as an example of their vision and its philosophy. The housing is composed of room, dining room, kitchen, a bathroom and a bedroom; with an option to expand to 3 bedrooms, and with a maximum total of 78.30 square meters. These spaces develop under a double height vault and clay brick walls, on a concrete floor.
