The truth is that God is not going to ignore your wishes unless it leads to greater joy for all concerned.
Many of us have been brought up to believe that fighting is a normal part of life and that if there is something that is not worth fighting for, then it is worthless.
Your love relationship should above all be happy. You must feel safe and be yourself. Your partner should be, to the best of his ability, the support for your expansion and growth as an individual, not frustrate you, and you should do the same with the other person.
So, if you want your partner back, and if it is in the highest and best good for all concerned you will get back together.
However, if it’s not in the highest and best good for both of you to get back together, then it’s either not going to happen or you won’t be happy or it won’t last.
