7 young and Mexican architecture offices that you must be in the sights

In 2018, they participated in the Venice Architecture Biennale as curators of the Pavilion of Mexico. They have been selected by several international publications as one of the most avant -garde studies of our times. Among the most interesting projects they have is the gardens of the Papalote Museum in Chapultepec, Mexico City.

Mmx

Jorge Arvizu, Ignacio del Rio, Emmanuel Ramirez, and Diego Ricalde founded in 2010 MMX. The study that seeks a practice of participation, whose work, ensures is the «synthesis of the structure of the team, promotes the consolidation of their experience through a collective dynamic.»

With an open approach to any intervention scale, study MMX develops proposals ranging from the design of facilities to architecture and urban planning. An interesting aspect is that the study recognizes in each project a unique challenge for its physical, economic, political and social context.

Héctor Barroso workshop

It is a study that privileges the elegance of his works. Barroso is one of the young architects who are breaking with the limits of what is established to create constructions that are surprised.

The textures of its materials, the quality of the finishes that it uses in, mainly, homes have made it one of the most sought -after designers in Mexico. Sample of the above is the house “Between Pinos” of Valle de Bravo built in 2017 and that is an ode to the integration of the landscape.
