Teas and infusions
There are teas and infusions that help to reconcile sleep thanks to its natural components. Therefore, it is recommended to put aside coffee and replace it with one of these teas that in addition to relaxing you, help reduce anxiety and to reconcile sleep. The most recommended are: chamomile, valerian, jasmine, passionflower, tila tea and orange blossom.
Take a bath with hot water
A bathroom before bedtime is relaxing for our body. It is recommended to take a bath with hot or warm water, since moving from the bathroom to a room with fresh temperature, produces a decrease in body temperature, generating a relaxation and sleep effect.
Read a book
Reading is one of the best activities to sleep well, since it puts consciousness at another level and stimulates sleep. In addition, reading can help reduce stress, improve concentration and clean our minds of images and information we saw during the Internet.
Exercise in the mornings
Although exercise helps eliminate stress and reconcile sleep, it is best to do physical activity during the mornings, especially if they are intense training, since, doing so before sleeping, the body will have a lot of energy and this prevents sleeping easily. If it is not possible to exercise in the morning, it is recommended to do at least 3 hours before sleeping.
