The nose is blunt, the head and body are adorned with the typical skin folds. Known colors are black, white, fawn, fawn (red), piebald, dark brindle, cream and «blue». The animals, also known as “Frenchies”, weigh an average of 8 to 14 kilograms.

essence and character

The breed is perfect as a family pet because of its peaceful and friendly nature.
Nevertheless, the small, sweet companions need consistent training, a course in the dog school is recommended.

Bullies are particularly stubborn and bright. They are considered to be extraordinarily cuddly.

Care

Bulldogs are generally considered to be relatively easy to care for. However, they should be brushed and their ears cleaned at regular intervals.

Health and race-related diseases

Unfortunately, due to irresponsible breeding practices, various diseases very often occur. These include eye diseases, ear infections, herniated discs and breathing problems.
