World Pharmacist Day: home uses of aspirin

On World Pharmacist Day, we remember the home uses of one of the most famous drugs in Colombian homes: aspirin!

In every house there is acetylsalicylic acid, known as aspirin, you know that… what you did not know that It serves for much more than the headache. For this reason, on World Pharmacist Day, which is celebrated today, we will tell you about some home uses that people have given to this medicine.

– Stain remover: To remove perspiration stains on white shirts, dissolve 2 aspirin in half a cup of warm water and apply to the underarm area of ​​the garment. Let it soak for a couple of hours and wash normally.

– Remove chlorine from hair: After a weekend in the pool, hair is a mess from chlorine buildup; to remove it, dissolve 8 aspirin in a glass of water and run it through your hair with a comb; leave on for 10 minutes, rinse with shampoo and voila.

– Anti-acne: Cover each pimple with a paste made from an aspirin tablet and a little water; wait a few minutes and clean the mixture… the pimple will be deflated!

– To preserve your flowers: Put an aspirin in the water in the vase before putting some freshly cut flowers, it will keep them fresh for longer.

– Anti-dandruff: Crush two aspirin in your shampoo, and when you wash your hair, leave it on for a couple of minutes and then rinse normally.

– Bites: To relieve itching from insect bites, wet the affected skin and then rub it with an aspirin.
