One of the most complicated mysteries to solve for all women is what is the correct combination between number and cup of the brathat is, the correct size that we should look for in lingerie stores when buying this garment, which is so important to us.
Choosing the right size is vital, not only because we are taking care of our bust, but also because using the wrong size of any garment can make us pass some very hairy bears…

To find out the number:
- Take the meter of seam that has inches.
- Measure your girth in inches just below your breasts.
- If it gives you an even number, that’s your size.
- If you get an odd number, add 1 to it.
- For example, if it gives you 32 inches, your size is 32; If it gives you 33, you are 34, because you added 1 to it.
To find out the letter of the cup:
- Measure your girth in inches, but this time just above your nipples.
- From the result of this measurement, subtract the contour number under your breasts. The result will be a digit from 1 to 5.
- Each digit corresponds to a cup letter: 1 = A, 2 = B, 3 = C, 4 = D and 5 = DD.
- For example, 34 (girth above your nipples) – 32 (girth below your breasts) = 2. Your correct size is 32 B.
