- 3 glasses of white rum
- 15 – 18 mint leaves
- 6 pieces of lemon
- juice of 3 lemons
- 3 spoonfuls of sugar
Step 1. Marinate
In a small cup or bowl, mix the mint leaves with the sugar and gently press down with a mortar and pestle until a paste forms. Add the lemon juice and stir with a spoon.
Step 2. Mix
Put ice in a long glass, followed by two pieces of lemon, a little of the paste from the mixture you made in the previous step, a glass of rum and add soda until the glass is full. If necessary, stir with a mixer so that all the ingredients are integrated.
Step 3. Decorate
Give your mojito a special touch by decorating it with a piece of lemon on the rim of the glass, a mint leaf or whatever you prefer.
