  • 1 coconut (half grated and half whole)
  • 250ml whole milk
  • 400 grams of condensed milk
  • 600 grams of cream or evaporated milk
  • 100 grams of cream cheese or sour cream

The first thing you should do is put half of the coconut you have without grating in the blender; Chop it into small pieces and add the whole milk. Process until the coconut is mostly dissolved with the milk. Pass this content through a strainer to separate the liquid from the remaining coconut pieces. Put this milk back in the blender and add the condensed milk, the milk cream and the sour cream; process these products until obtaining a thick mixture and reserve in a container.

Step 2. Mix

Now, add the grated coconut to the mixture you got in the previous step and stir, letting it sit for about 30 minutes.
