- Two cups of water
- half a cup of milk
- three eggs
- 3 large potatoes, peeled and sliced
- Half tomato finely chopped
- Half onion finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon of garlic
- half a teaspoon of salt
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- 1 pinch of pepper
Step 1. Saute
The first thing you should do is heat the olive oil in a pot. Then, fry the tomato and onion, seasoning with salt, pepper, cumin and garlic. Allow this stew to sauté for about 3 minutes, stirring occasionally so it doesn’t burn. Add the water, the cut potatoes and cover the pot so that all this cooks for about 5 minutes or so.
Step 2. Pour
