  • 1 pound of beef rib portioned
  • 6 large potatoes without skins (whole or in chunks)
  • 2 branches of long onion finely chopped
  • A small bunch of coriander, finely chopped
  • A clove of garlic finely chopped
  • 2 liters of water
  • Salt to taste


Step 1. Cook

Put the pressure cooker on the stove and pour into it the water, the garlic clove, the onion, coriander and salt to taste. Once it is boiling, add the rib because it will take a while to soften. Close the pot and allow after pitar (boiling the pot) to cook for about 30 minutes.
