Yellow fruit shake (Smoothie)

Ingredients

½ mangopeeled and chopped

1 banana frozen

a few cubes of pumpkin cooked

Pieces of pineapple fresh or canned (in juice)

2 teaspoons of turmeric

2 tablespoons of yogurt neutral

250 ml milk coconut

Instructions

Place all ingredients in a high powered blender and blend for a few minutes until fairly thick and smooth.

Pour into a glass and enjoy!
