  • 1/2 pound white rice
  • 1 cup spinach
  • a handful of coriander
  • 1 large cup of chicken broth
  • 1 cup of cow’s milk or vegetable type
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Oil
  • garlic powder


Step 1. Blend the vegetables
