  • 3 egg whites
  • 30g white sugar
  • 10g cornstarch
  • 3 or 4 drops blue food coloring

Cloud bread preparation

Step 1. Preheat the oven

Preheat oven to 150 degrees Celsius with top and bottom heat.

Step 2. Assemble the egg whites

In a bowl pour the egg whites with an electric whisk beat them.

Step 3: Add the sugar

Gradually add the sugar while continuing to beat.

Step 4. Add the cornstarch

Gradually add the cornstarch, continuing to beat.

Step 5. Add the color drops

Finally, add the drops of blue food coloring while you continue beating, until you get a firm texture.

Step 6. Put on the tray

On an oven tray put baking paper and on top of it the dough you prepared; With the help of a spatula, give it a round shape.

Step 7. Put on the tray

Bake for 25 minutes at 150 degrees. Once the cooking is finished, let it rest for 10 minutes before eating.
