Ingredients
- 1 breast
- A tomato
- Lettuce leaves
- 1/2 red bell pepper
- Half a cucumber
- a large avocado
- A cup of canned sweet corn
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- juice of one lemon
Preparation
Step 1. Seal
Take the pieces of breast and season them with salt and pepper. At the same time, add a tablespoon of olive oil to a skillet and allow it to heat over medium heat. Once it has taken temperature, add the breast so that it seals until it takes on a golden color.
Step 2. Chop
Take several lettuce leaves, roll them up and chop them finely. Now, peel the cucumber and cut it into small pieces; Repeat the same action with the tomato.
